Salary Range: US $ 1600-2000

Salary: According to your Qualifications, Experience and Interview.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Description: The Deck Steward/Bar Piccolo is responsible for the set-up, maintenance and breakdown of deck equipment, furniture and pool towels as well as other pool amenities. She/he must assist the F&B personnel with beverage and food service in all F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

·         Ensure a clean and tidy outer deck area.

·         Clean and straighten deck chairs.

·         Keep the pool area clean and neat by picking up glasses, trash, etc.

·         Store deck furniture when required.

·         Maintain supply of clean towels in pool areas, remove soiled towels, and deliver to laundry.

·         Ensure an adequate supply of fresh towels is available).

·         Assist in the provision of quality bar service around the pool area, replenishing drinks as required.

·         Perform as Bar Waiter if and when requested.

·         Ensure compliance with the company alcohol policy.

·         Assist with the deep cleaning program for all deck furniture.

·         Maintain equipment in safe working condition, and reporting any issue to the supervisor.

 

Requirements

·         Fluent in written and spoken English.

·         Communicate effectively with the senior management.

·         Possess ability to make decisions.

·         Must be cost and quality conscious.

·         Adhere to specific scheduled work hours, yet be flexible if circumstances require it.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft programs to include but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point

·         Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and equipment.

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

·         Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
