Salary Range: US $ 1000-1200

Salary: According to your Qualifications and Experience.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Description: Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address clients' queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Responsibilities

·         Maintains areas assigned in a clean and orderly condition by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities during scheduled shift (day or night).

·         Reports to their workstation assignment on time and properly groomed and dressed according to standards. This includes a clean uniform, name tag, and any other uniform related item (belt, hat, etc.)

·         Operates steam cleaning equipment, scrapers, brooms and a variety of hand and power tools. Uses a variety of cleaning agents and chemicals. Mixes water and detergents or acids in container to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

·         Cleans public bathrooms, elevators, offices, corridors, public areas, and crew member quarters.

·         Cleans, maintains, and replenishes towels and amenities in the Spa area including bathroom, lockers, showers, gym area, gym equipment, and reception area if assigned.

·         Cleans carpet, upholstery, floor, walls, ceilings, draperies, windows, and room accessories to remove effects of smoke, dust, water, and other damage such as dirt, soot, stains, mildew, and excess water and moisture.

 

Requirements

·         Minimum of six (6) months guest facing service experience in a luxury environment.

·         Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

·         Working knowledge of food / beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.

·         Good communication skills. 

·         Good organizational skills and must show attention to detail.

·          Must undergo onboard USPH training.

·         Must have initiative and the ability to work independently.
