This is
renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.
Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining
Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.
Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with
your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT
authorized hospital only.
Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Description: The Food and
Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operations of all food and
beverage outlets on the cruise ship. The Executive Chef, Maitre D’ Hotel, and
Beverage Manager all report to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities
Head of the department and responsible for the general supervision of staff, operations and services in all food and beverage areas onboard the cruise ship (general and specialty restaurants, dining rooms, buffets, bars, galley and crew mess and officer’s) to ensure excellent guest service and employee engagement towards sales and revenue maximization according to company policies.
Requirements
Education
in hotel management, business administration or related field from a recognized
university; knowledge of managerial positions in hotels, restaurants and
general food and beverage operations onshore; experience in similar positions
in the cruise industry; and strong managerial and communication skills.
