renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.
Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining
Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.
Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with
your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT
authorized hospital only.
Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Description: Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation and administration of the entire Food & Beverage department - supervision of all food production facilities, main dining rooms, specialty restaurants, bars, the top deck buffet and all related activities. Provides analysis of bar stores consumption to assist the Food & Beverage Director with the ordering of supplies. Responsible to ensure efficient management and highest possible level of all food and beverage services aboard the cruise ship while in the same time meets the budget targets of the cruise line and maintains cost effective operations.

Responsibilities
Also known as Associate Food and Beverage Director, represents and reports directly to the general manager in the administration and operation of this department, supervising food production and service facilities, and related activities, and the subordinate staff attached to it to ensure the highest possible level of performance, efficiency and service within budget and company guidelines.
Requirements
Education
in hotel management, business administration or related field from a recognized
university; minimum of 3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants and general
food and beverage operations onshore; experience in similar positions in the
cruise industry; and strong managerial and communication skills.
