Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to
get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.
Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months
This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine
months.
Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining
Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.
Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your
first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized
hospital only.
Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Responsibilities
Prepare all basic food items for the menu requested by his
supervisor.

Must
possess advanced knife handling skills.
·
Must
be able to work in any section of a kitchen.
·
Must
have a good food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms.
·
Must
be able to read, understand, follow and prepare company recipes.
·
Must
be proficient in effecting completing tasks, work efficiently and productively.
·
Follow
Public Health according to company standards and expectation (referring to US,
Anvisa, Shipsan, Canadian, Australian etc) at all times within his section.
·
Maintains
his assigned area in preparation for announced or unannounced United States
Public Health type inspection either done by the Food & Beverage Manager or
the actual inspectors.
· Reports for duty at assigned times, follows his/her supervisor’s instructions and ensures that personal appearance, uniform and personal hygiene are in accordance with the company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements

Knowledge, experience, skill,
and/or ability
·
High school graduate, with a
minimum of 3 years in kitchen operations.
·
Previous Cruise ship
experienced preferred but not essential.
·
Microsoft Office Suite 2003 and
higher (Word, Excel, Outlook).
·
Basic Windows XP, Vista and
Windows 7 Operating Platform knowledge.
·
Culinary School degree.
·
Food Hygiene Certification
preferred but not essential.
·
STCW.

Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and equipment;
ability to prioritize tasks and work independently; strong organizational, interpersonal
and communication skills; ability to interact with senior level management and
owner representatives.
