Salary Range: US $ 1800-2200

Salary: According to your Qualifications and Experience.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Benefits: You will get Medical Facility (ESCI), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, PF, Food and Accommodation. Two months paid leave during your Nine months Contract.

Description: MAIN FUNCTION. Bar Waiter/Waitress is responsible for serving beverages in an assigned bar profitably & efficiently, in full compliance with company Food safety & sanitation standards, and providing an enjoyable environment for Guests.

Responsibilities

·         Maintain clean and orderly lounges/bars.

·         Know the daily specials and special promotions.

·         Know menu for assigned bar, and explain and suggest drinks to guests.

·         Sell and recommend drinks in order to meet and exceed the sales targets set by the company.

·         Possess full knowledge and ability to operate, the POS system onboard, to create checks and generate reports.

·         Provide personalized service, remembering guest names and preferences.

·         Verify that drinks are served in the proper glass with the proper garnish.

·         Adhere to the drinking age policy for the vessel.

·         Assist in the Stores during loading.

·         Transport stock to various bars when necessary.

·         Attend weekly bar staff meetings and training sessions, as required.

 

Requirements

·         Fluent in written and spoken English,

·         Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management.

  • Ability to lead and make decisions.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Experienced in coaching subordinates.
  • Must be cost and quality conscious.
  • Must adhere to specific scheduled work hours, yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
  • Work with international team members.
  • Perform assigned duties under pressure (time constraints).
