Salary Range: US $ 1500-3200

Salary: According to your Qualifications, Experience and Interview.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Benefits: You will get Medical Facility (ESCI), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, PF, Food and Accommodation. Two months paid leave during your Nine months Contract.

Leave: Two months paid leave during your Nine months Contract.

Description: The Cruise Sales Manager is responsible for the onboard future cruise sales programs currently comprised of Reserve Passage & Open Passage booking options and or any future cruise program generated onboard the Celebrity vessels. It ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with company brand standards.

Responsibilities

·         Consistently achieves 100% of planned sales target each voyage.

·         Always clearly explains the product to passengers.

·         Always opens and closes sales using effective sales techniques.

·         Provides timely and accurate feedback to management for use in end-of-cruise report each voyage.

·         Always focuses completely on customer satisfaction and upholds the values of the CRUISE program.

·         Always provides a positive first impression to every passenger through a warm, welcoming individual greeting and professional appearance.

·         Reliably recognizes past passengers and thanks them for being with us again.

·         Interacts with every passenger, observing and identifying passengers' preferences and adjusting service accordingly, anticipating passengers’ needs, and engaging in conversation while showing genuine interest at all times.

·         Always responds immediately to any service issues, escalating to a supervisor as appropriate.


Requirements

·         Minimum 2 years retail experience as sales person / cashier.

·         Outstanding personality and great customer service skills.

·         Fluent English language skills as per Company requirements.
