Salary: According to your Qualifications, Experience and Interview.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Description: Beauty salons onboard cruise ships are very popular. Specialized beauty therapists should be able to provide the usual treatments, such as hair styling, manicure, pedicure, etc. Cosmetologists provide top quality facial and body treatments, such as waxing.

Responsibilities

·         Reports to the ship's Beauty Salon / Spa Manager and Asst. Manager

·         Could work as a skin care specialist, body and detox specialist and a holistic therapist

·         Provides facial massage and skin care

·         Performs makeup application, lash and brow treatments

·         Applies wax depilation, body electrical and mechanical treatments

·         The Beautician informs and educates guests regarding various wellness issues and handles concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner

·         Should be knowledgeable and familiar with all products and services offered by the ship's beauty salon/ spa division

·         Handles complaints in a polite and professional manner and resolves situations in favor of guests complete satisfaction

·         Must be well groomed, keep presentable personal appearance and follow company guidelines regarding uniforms and personal hygiene

·         Participates in courses, meetings and training programs in order to develop the necessary skills needed for promotion to superior level position

Requirements

·         Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and with a fluent level in at least 2 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese. Any other language is considered as a plus

·         High School Graduate or equivalent

·         Must hold relevant qualifications

·         At least 1 years experience as a Beauty Therapist

·         Prior experience within an Aesthetic or Medi-Spa environment is desirable

·         Up-selling and cross-selling skills

·         Exceptional communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to work without direct supervision.
