Salary: According to your Qualifications, Experience Interview.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Description: Position holder will be responsible for meeting all SPA standards, revenue, and profitability and quality goals. Will ensure efficient operations of the entire department and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

·         Ensures delivery of excellent guests' service.

·         Identifies and develops potential revenue-generating policies to reach and exceed the targets set by the Company.

·         Motivates, coaches, monitors performances, and plans daily work schedules for the SPA On-board Team.

·         Manages day-to-day operations: administration, back-office operations, inventory, and basic, accounting, merchandise loading.

·         Interprets sales data and KPIs to plan and implement actions to enhance any revenue-generating opportunity.

·         Manages the SPA activities daily agenda.

·         Validates the end of Cruise reporting and financial data is accurate.

·         Monitor guests' trends and requests to update the Company's offer to the guests' demand.

·         Coordinates with other onboard departments to organize revenue-generating SPA events.


Requirements

·         Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, a fluent level in 1 or more of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, is a plus.

·         High School Graduate or equivalent.

·         At least 3 years as Spa Manager on a Cruise Ship.

·         Computer literate.

·         Excellent guest service and leadership skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
