Salary: According to your Qualifications and Experience.

Working Hours: Normally 9 Hours, beyond 09 Hours you will be entitle to get overtime payout $ 5-7 per Hour.

Week Off: There is No week off, you will get Time Off

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for Nine Months

This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.

Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the combine hiring for multiple cruises. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be mentioned in your joining letter.

Cost and Charges: You have to bear only your medical cost which is also refundable with your first month salary. You have to do your medical checkup from DGFT authorized hospital only.

Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.

Joining Location: Mumbai

Description: They are specially trained in facial, body, and water treatments. They assist massage therapists and estheticians, and prepare and clean the treatment rooms and tables. They provide spa customers with refreshments, towels, washcloths, and robes.

Responsibilities

1.      Provides massage, body, facial and beauty treatments from the Spa Menu for guests onboard in accordance with the company's standards

2.      Possesses thorough knowledge of Spa Menu and retail products to assist guests by providing information and suggestions on all products and services within the Spa and Wellness Facilities

3.      Conducts a thorough health and skincare consultation prior to each service to deliver a personalized experience for each guest. Confirms contra-indications, allergies or any other health or skin-related conditions prior to providing each service 

4.      Provides confident post treatment care recommendations as well as offering support to guests within the retail area Achieves individual and group targets in sales as required, as well as promoting the up selling of spa treatments, products, packages, special promotions and other events

6.      Stays informed of the latest Spa and Wellness trends within luxury

7.      Ensures confidentiality and discretion are maintained at all times regarding guest information and activities


Requirements

1.      Valid Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers (STCW) and flag certification for the duration of the contract and appropriate to position

2.      An internationally accredited Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy from a recognized facility 

3.      ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ Diploma/Certification is preferred

4.      Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working as a Spa / Massage Therapist and Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician in a luxury facility

5.      Superior knowledge and experience in Spa and Luxury hotels and/or luxury cruise industry preferred

6.      Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology and skincare

7.      Strong, primary focus on the health and wellness with the ability to recommend and confidently talk about guest requirements

8.      Exceptional customer service and communication skills, friendly and approachable. Excellent team player Sales experience and a luxury approach to sales
